Indoor noise levels in occupied areas shall not exceed 85 decibels, A-weighted (dbA) as a result of construction-related actvities.  If necessary, engineering and administrative controls shall be utilized to meet this requirement.

For work subject to the Occupational Safety & Health Administration's Occupational Noise Exposure Standard, 1910.95, documentation of a hearing conservation program shall be submitted to the University upon request.
