Facilities, Administration and Services (FAS) encompasses the various components of the University's help/service desk, budget preparation and tracking, work order tracking, project approval tracking, and contractor compliance requirements. The goal of FAS is to provide a consolidated help desk for all service requests and a consolidated review of the Facilities Operations budget submissions and central project financial control to minimize the impact on project execution and operations.

  • Custodial and Special Events Services

    Custodial Services provides cleaning services for all campus buildings on a scheduled basis for each building area. Special custodial services, including minor moving and those requested outside of routine work hours, are very limited. Advance notice to determine availability is requested on a Routine Service Request form. 

    Special Events/Space Reservations must be scheduled and approved by the Office of Events and Conference Services by visiting their website, conferences.cua.edu. A representative from their department will then work with you to submit the necessary forms to Facilities Services, Technology Services and any other campus service that may be needed. 

    Any requests requiring immediate attention should be called in to the Facilities Service Center at x5121. 

  • Facilities Service Center

    Work to be completed by the appropriate Facilities Operations department can be submitted to the Facilities Service Center by using one of the online forms we have provided here for you. Please make sure you include all the necessary information, including a contact phone number or email so we can reach you if there is a question.

    Any requests requiring immediate attention should be called in to the Facilities Service Center at x5121. 


  • Building Administrator System

    The Building Administrator System is maintained for the communication and coordination of emergencies and essential services for building occupants and campus visitors. Please note that university-wide emergencies, such as closings and delayed openings due to weather, major physical damage and utility disruptions are handled through a separate, more comprehensive notification process. This process involves appropriate executive decisions and broadcasts on the CUA website, e-mail distribution systems and main telephone line, and through the local media.
